I have always loved and adored birds. Oh how nice it must be to feel the wind in your feathers and to be able to fly.

The masters of the air and a symbol of freedom.

If you want to own them you have to put them in a cage or clip their wings. A bit like love, whoever wants to hold onto it and own it, already loses it.

The flapping of the wings, their speed and agility, a parable for the mind. A thought inspires people, can constantly change direction and discover distant spaces carefree. Thoughts, feelings, imagination can lift us up into a higher, spiritual world where material goods only weigh down.

Ich habe Vögel schon immer geliebt und verehrt. Ach wie muss es schön sein den Wind in den Federn zu spüren und fliegen zu können.

Die Herren der Luft und ein Zeichen für Freiheit.

Will man sie besitzen muss man sie in einen Käfig sperren, oder ihre Flügel stutzen. Ein bisschen wie die Liebe, wer sie festhalten und besitzen möchte verliert sie bereits. 

Der Flügelschlag, ihre Schnelligkeit und Beweglichkeit, ein Gleichnis für die Gedanken. Ein Gedanke beflügelt den Menschen, kann stetig die Richtung wechseln und ferne Räume unbeschwert entdecken. Gedanken, Gefühle, Phantasie kann uns emportragen, in eine höhere, geistige Welt, wo materielle Güter nur beschweren.
